Yanbu is one of the cities in the Medina region. It is located on the coast of the Red Sea and is called the pearl of the Red Sea and the capital of diving.

1️⃣ Compliance with Laws and Instructions
	•	Adhere to safety and security instructions issued by the relevant authorities and the tour guide.
	•	Respect the customs and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and follow public etiquette.
	•	Follow the tour guide’s instructions during the tours; any violation may lead to the exclusion of the participant without compensation.

2️⃣ Timeliness and Payment
	•	Adhere to the scheduled times; delays of more than 15 minutes may result in missing the activity without compensation.
	•	Full payment for the trip must be made in advance to confirm the booking and ensure all services are available.

3️⃣ Cancellation and Refund Policy
	•	Cancellation 10 days or more before the trip: Full refund.
	•	Cancellation 9-5 days before the trip: 50% refund.
	•	Cancellation less than 5 days before the trip or no-show: No refund.

4️⃣ Modifications to the Booking
	•	Modifications to the trip date can be made at least 5 days in advance, subject to availability.
	•	Modifications within less than 5 days will incur a 20% modification fee of the booking value.

5️⃣ Cancellation by the Company
	•	If the trip is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions or government decisions), we will:
✅ Reschedule the trip at the earliest opportunity.
✅ Provide a full refund without deductions.

6️⃣ Important Notes
	•	Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
	•	Some activities may have different cancellation policies depending on service providers.
	•	The company is not responsible for any additional compensation in the case of delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control.
        • Having a valid residence or identity card.                            (There is no suspension of services for a Border Guard permit for a sea trip)
